Herbstwoche
Sehr schöne Lage, tolle Terrasse.
Bettzeug zu kalt für Herbst (leider gab es keine Lösung dafür während der Urlaubszeit trotz Anzeige am ersten Tag), Spülmaschine hatte einen elektrischen Defekt und hat die ganze Küche lahm gelegt (war okay, als wir die Ursache identifiziert hatten und auch nicht wirklich schlimm, aber schade, dass es die ganze Urlaubszeit auch zu diesem Thema keine Rückmeldung gab), etwas Kleinkram hat gefehlt wie z. B. Korkenzieher oder Sitzkissen für draußen im Herbst, es gab einen defekten Mixer im Angebot.

Location is perfect for an active vacation, it is clean and provides what you would need for any type of vacation. Near the beach, having a very good restaurant just a minute away, supermarket few minutes away by car and being very close to the mountains - makes the location perfect. A huge plus is the view! It is spectacular. Having a car proved to be a good choice for us, as the apartment is on the hill.
The interaction with the company managing the apartment. Their representatives need to improve their communication skills especially when you raise an issue as a guest. Secondly, the person I was in contact with was generally bored and was giving the same answer without even checking my initial question and he or she (not even introduced) was trying to convince me that some errors found on the booking announcement (regarding parking) vs their check-in instruction details, were someone else's fault. Furthermore, following the instructions received, after check-in, I have informed them via WhatsApp about some technical issues encountered in the apartment (eg. TV not working and some other items with low functionality) without asking for any assistance. Let's say that the answer received could be easily attributed to a very junior support agent 🙂 that needs to receive some hard hospitality and communication training. BUT, do not let this kind of interaction discourage you as everything else will head the right way and the whole experience is going to be an amazing one.

It was bad experience with hot weather without AC, and uncomfortable beds
The location is good
The bed was not comfortable at all. There was no AC in the apartment, the weather was hot, in booking.com saying that there is AC but it is not true. I think booking should carry the responsibility for false information. And should compensate me for that, I am waiting for booking reply before taking any action.
