    The valet and hotel staff. Location was great.

    The bed was too firm/ hard and the pull out bed was uncomfortable as well - it was very thin & you could feel the springs. Everything else was ok.

    Affordable upmarket apartment.close to the Las Vegas Strip.

    Very affordable Upmarket apartment with kitchen and two bathrooms. Close to the main Vegas strip. Use of MGM Grand hotel facilities.and pool complex.

    Housekeeping was a bit slow. On carrying out a room refresh the dishwasher liquid disappeared. It took a couple of attempts over 2 days of asking for a couple of extra blankets. Only got one extra blanket in the end. These are only minor issues, overall a very nice property.

    Excellent accommodations for the price of the stay.

    The size of the suite was perfect. I loved having two bathrooms because I traveled with two other women. Having a full kitchen was an extra benefit.

    Breakfast was not provided so that was a bummer. The restaurants were very expensive so we tried the vending machines, which were also very expensive.
