    Denied Access - SCAM

    I was not allowed to check-in after booking online. Staff was not helpful, left the property at midnight after denied access.

    Nice view, Comfortable beds, clean room, Jacuzzi.

    The room and the jacuzzi tub. Beds were comfortable. The view was nice. Good hot water. Nicely clean.

    Cooler could have been cooler. The ice machine on the floor was never working. Had to travel to other floors for ice. Coffee packets were scarce hard to get.

    The stay was comfortable, quiet and a good way to get introduced to Las Vegas without the overwhelm

    Breakfast was very good! Made fresh, delicious

    Didn’t appreciate the scolding we got from a woman at the front desk for not standing in the proper place while checking in. She was very rude and was not a welcoming experience. The rest of the staff was excellent
