    An ok stay , just short of little details to make stay better .

    Apartment was ok but don’t judge by the images too much . Communication was good but this all could have been avoided if they …. Read below…

    It could have been all avoided if more clear instructions were provided like image of exterior and entrance . Little details like having an indicator saying that this switch is boiler for hot water to make it simple for guest . Shampoo , air con controller was missing at first but got it at the end. WiFi was missing too but didn’t bother asking , feels like one thing is missing one after the other. And the images do make the apartment better than it is .

    Unfortunately, our stay at MHouse apartments left us with a very unpleasant experience. After getting into bed, we discovered bed bugs, which made it impossible for us to feel comfortable or sleep peacefully. What is particularly upsetting is that bed bugs are not only a hygiene issue but also pose a real risk of being carried home on personal belongings and clothing – which, unfortunately, happened to us. As a result, we had to take additional precautionary measures after our stay and experienced considerable inconvenience. We informed the host about the bed bugs first thing the following morning. We expected clean and hygienic accommodation, but this situation is completely unacceptable. We do not recommend these apartments unless the problem is properly resolved and it can be guaranteed that the accommodation is safe for future guests.

    Overall good. The owner was ready to help, good communication, it was easy to find the appartment and to get the key.

    Close to the center, equiped with all you need.

    I was staying at the first floor. Since at that floor one side of the building is built in the rock, the air inside had a lots of humidity. But in the same time, for this reason you dont really need any air conditioning, the temperature inside is low. The entrace and the badroom both have a window at the top, if someone switches the light outside of the appartment, the light might wake you up. If you are tall the bed from the bedroom might be a bit unconfortable.
