  Amazing property. Luxurious. Super comfy beds.

  The host was wonderful and very helpful. There was a mix up with rooms however, as Booking.com told me I was on the first floor. At 7pm the host arrived, knocking on the door, stating we should be downstairs- someone else had booked upstairs. I showed her my booking and she showed me her booking. Booking.com had made the error. I have had four bookings through Booking.com where errors have been made on Booking.com side of things. I don't think I will be using Booking.com again- too much trouble. This host was excellent and allowed us to stay upstairs for the night. Many thanks & Much appreciated.

  One of the apartments didn’t have air conditioning, so the heat was hard to bear. The breakfast was poor, with a limited selection of food, a cracked glass, and dirty utensils.

  Wi-Fi didn’t work in one of the bedrooms. The hot tub heating wasn’t working, so the water was cold, and when we contacted the hosts, we didn’t receive a response. The terrace is quite high, so a safety railing would be preferable when staying with children. On the booking platform, the check-out time was listed as 10 a.m., but the hosts messaged asking us to leave by 9 a.m., which caused a lot of stress with two small children. Some small essentials were missing in the kitchen — salt, pepper, sugar, oil, and a second cutting board.
