    Broken AC & uninterested Host

    Location & terrace

    Host did not advise the AC had been broken since 14th July & would not be fixed until the end of September at the earliest. A small noisy (can’t sleep through) bedside fan in the bedroom & a unit in the front room was provided which we couldn’t use due to security ….the hose having to be left outside of the patio doors. The apartment was very warm due to a peak summer month & we didn’t have one good nights sleep due to the over night temperatures. The Host should have advised us ahead of travel & wasn’t interested further when we addressed it in resort. Just kept saying …. thank you for your understanding?
