    La ubicación es fantástica, es una calle tranquila y eso en Hanoi es mucho. Andando al centro histórico hay unos veinte minutos, pero alrededor del hotel hay muchos restaurantes y cafeterías. El personal es muy amable. Es un edificio renovado y la habitación es simple y bonita.

    El edificio, aunque renovado, sigue siendo antiguo, lo que significa que hay grietas en las paredes, incluida la ducha. Y el desagüe del lavabo no va muy bien. En nuestro caso, nada de esto afectó a nuestro viaje.

    Impeccably clean room. The staff at front desk were amazing. So kind and so helpful. Location was ideal on a lovely quiet street. Would definitely recommend

    Very clean and quiet room.

    The description says it has window(s), but the window has no view except the roof and walls of the adjacent building which was depressing so I had to pay extra for another room with a real window.

    Номер был очень уютный. Персонал вежливый. Я редко езжу и не всегда знаю порядок уборки. Забывала вешать табличку с просьбой убрать номер. Но по возвращении вечером с экскурсий и прогулок всегда находила номер чистым, запасы воды пополненными. Спасибо персоналу отеля за внимательное отношение.

    Все понравилось.
