Хозяин был с нами на связи постоянно. Жильё очень понравилось. Всё необходимое было и даже больше. Метро рядом. Мы любим ходить пешком. Поэтому нам особенно понравилось то, что мы могли вечером прогуляться спокойно до канатной дороги и до площади Свободы. Хозяин очень щедрым оказался, даже угостил своим домашним вином.

总的来说还行，屋主特别耐心，我们晾的衣服，下雨会帮我们收回，东西落下了也会通知我们。屋子的设施很齐全，也很干净。
楼下的屋子最好能加强通风，感觉有点味。

Good location, slightly old but value for money.
The owner George is a great guy, extremely friendly and goes out of his way to help. One of the most polite people met in Tbilisi. Location is reasonably central. Metro station nearby. Nice courtyard , many fruit shops and cafes nearby .
The price is fair, it’s hard to criticize. One of the rooms is a basement, got to know after arrival. More clear mention in description needed. Living room/kitchen area slightly tight.

The apartment had everything we needed for our family stay. Close to market, shops, and metro. Feels like you are staying in a local neighbourhood. Very safe. Thanks George for the wonderful stay.
You can hear neighbours talking and smoking right outside the courtyard. But that's what happens in a community.
