CREDIT CARD VERIFICATION
Guests are required to email a photo of their credit card upon making their reservation.

 GUEST VERIFICATION
Guests need to complete an online guest verification within 48 hours after booking with our partner Truvi, which will confirm the reservation. 

 CANCELLATION FEE
Any reservations canceled by the guest will incur a 6% processing fee.
 SECURITY DEPOSIT A damage deposit of $500 will be charged one day before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. PET FEE
The pet fee of $35 is per night, with a maximum of one dog. We do not take any other kind of pet. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.
