Nice place, house needs a little work

Location was excellent! Owner left a personalized thank you note and 10$ guft card for shopping at Publix (which is really close) which was also nice. Plenty of room for all of us. All facilities were as depicted in property description. Owner sent HVAC technician promptly when AC stopped working.

The house seems in a bit of a rundown condition: Several doors are broken, there were ants all over the place. One of the beds had insects (possibly bed bugs). Microwave door handle is broken, dishwasher door is slightly crooked. Communication with owner prior to check-in was a bit problematic - waited quite a while for feedback (compared to other Bookings we had on this vacation)

    Good location

There was a lot of bugs. Doors didn’t lock and close all the way. The kitchen sink leaked everytime turned on. Tube in one bathroom was full of bugs and dirt. Appliances was falling apart
