The view was great, beautiful to wake up seeing the pyramids. The market right next to the hotel was very nice and helpful. Customer service (WhatsApp) very fast reply and helpful.
They made us change the room in the middle of the stay, because a new customer was coming, which we found to be disrespectful and unpleasant. This change was for a much worse and small room. The second room didn’t smell very well and bathrooms were small and old so very uncomfortable. One of the hotel guide was mischievous and tried to charge us extra when we previously discussed the price. But customer service (WhatsApp) dealt with it very well.

Wonderful stay with an amazing Pyramids view
We really enjoyed our stay at Miami Pyramids View. The hotel felt very safe, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was very good. One of the best parts of the hotel is the beautiful rooftop, where you can enjoy breakfast while looking directly at the Pyramids. It was a wonderful and memorable experience. The staff were extremely kind, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The service was excellent, and we truly appreciated their hospitality. We would be happy to stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

Parfait
L’emplacement et la vue étaient parfaits ! Nous avons pu admirer le coucher du soleil avec vue sur les pyramides depuis le balcon de notre chambre. Le rooftop était un gros plus, pour un petit dej avec vue. Le personnel est à l’écoute et aux petits soins, et mention spéciale à Omnia qui était à notre écoute et faisait en sorte que nous n’avions besoin de rien. Très bon rapport qualité/prix.
