    100% disappointing!

VERY UNSAFE WALKING AROUND! SIDEWALKS ARE HEAVED AND UNEVEN. WOOD STEPS ARE OLD AND WARPED. ELECTRICAL OUTLETS IN WALLS ARE SO BAD IN BEDROOM THAT CORDS PLUGGED IN FALL OUT! WATER SMELLS JUST LIKE A SEWER! ONE TINY SINK WITH TERIBLE WATER SUPPLY IS IMPOSIBLE TO USE! HOW ARE YOU TO USE A COFFEE MAKER! BEDROOM CLOSET DOOR COULD NOT BE OPENED! LIGHT BULBS BLEW IN CEILING AT THE SAME TIME. SOMETHING WRONG WITH THIS FIXTURE! OUTSIDE IS VERY UNKEPT LIKE WEEDS ECT! THIS PLACE IS WORE OUT. I WOULD NEVER TELL ANYONE TO STAY HERE. WE HAD A MAINTENANCE MAN COME AFTER TWO REQUESTS. HE COULD CARE LESS ABOUT FIXING ANYTHING!
