    Wonderful stay

    It is always a wonderful experience. The room is huge and clean. The staff is pleasant. The breakfast was good. Check in was easy and the front desk was very helpful. The bathroom amenities are very nice. We would definitely stay here again. Penn Yan is a favorite place of ours.

    Good value modern hotel in village center

    The Microtel is ideally located in the center of Penn Yan, just 4 minutes' walk from the historic center, with its shops and small selection of bars and restaurants. There's ample free parking outside. Of 5 hotels used on a recent trip through Penn., NY and Ontario, this was my favourite motel. The room was modern, unpretentious and, although it had a shower not a bath, convenient – and everything worked. The pool and gym were almost underneath my room, which was on the first floor with a staircase connecting the two without needing to walk along a corridor or use an elevator. The Microtel’s breakfast was quite good, and included a yoghurt and a DIY full size waffle, which I found almost too much for me.

    Great place to stay

    Great place to stay with all the amenities we where looking for. Friendly staff, clean rooms, food and drink within walking distance (if the weather had been better :) ). Highly recommend.

    Penn Yan NY

    Hotel is fairly quiet and Clean I do not have very much to complain about. I've been staying at this location very regularly since July of 25 through November of 25.

    Great place to stay in the Finger Lakes region of New York

    This is an excellent place to stay if you want to hike and see waterfalls. It is 30 minutes from Watkins State Park and 1 hour from Letworth State Park. There is a excellent walking trail in Penn Yan, just a few minute walk from the hotel. TheTavern Restaurant that is east of the hotel has incredible food. 10 minutes from the hotel is the Antique Inn, another awesome resteraunt. If you want to go to the Finger Lakes region of New York, this is an excellent choice.
