Fabulous location, ideal for a family gathering, excellent hosts and the outdoor facilities provided something for every

Tranquil location, cosy accommodation, and the outdoor pizza/bbq barn set it apart. Plenty of space for everyone, and the hot tub and tennis court provided plenty of activity options. Comfortable, great for a family gathering.

This beautifully refurbished cottage had a lot of up/down steps between rooms and a very steep, curved staircase which might not suit those with mobility issues.

Lovely place - quiet and relaxing

The location was great - so quiet. Just what we needed. The hot tub was great and the overall accommodation was of a high standard. The facilities on site were great, tennis court used a lot, drying room, fire pit all good. The owner was a nice person too!

    Nothing - all good

    Exceptional

Can't fault it! Such a lovely stay. Liked the tranquil setting, the house is absolutely perfect, loads of space, outside areas are incredible, and it catered for everyone - from the 2 year old on the climbing frame to the 50 year old in the hot tub. Fossil beaches nearby, steam train was awesome, and the sheep/lambs and cows were an added bonus! Huge thanks.

    Nothing.

    Lovely

Perfect location for a family get together. Everyone loved the tennis courts , the brave ones enjoyed the hot tub, however the temperature would not go above 31’c so it was a bit cold. Everything else was perfect .

Hot tub needs to be warmer
