    Great find. We’ll definitely go again and Bryan has other properties in the area as well - RIBryan.com.

    Great size for family of 4, minutes to 1st and 2nd Beach, great backyard, massage chair, adjustable bed in master bedroom, Bryan very responsive.

    Very minor, but the apartment number (2) is located close to the wrong door, so we were trying the code at the wrong door when we first arrived, and food delivery goes to that incorrect door as well.

    Boogie boards, towels, closeness to the beach, comfortable, great space and furniture in the backyard

    No soap in bathroom, bedroom doors creaked, only one bathroom, no or very limited lights in the backyard

    A wonderful place to stay, highly recommend!

    The location was really great! Close to the beach and to Salve Regina! I loved all the amenities, such as the ice maker, waterfall shower, fenced yard and stocked kitchen! The coffee machine is also fantastic! The finishes are very high end, really lovely and comfortable place throughout! The bed was super comfortable as well! I would certainly stay there again! Parking was easy and free! Host was very accommodating!

    Overall, I was very pleased with my stay! A few minor tweaks just to be aware of when you stay! The property entrance is on a small drive just past Prospect Ave. (off Narragansett road). Narragansett is a busy street, so not walkable to get to things. The place was perfect size for me and my dog, but might get a little tight with a larger party! The three bedrooms are upstairs, with one bath. I would also recommend an upgrade to the sheets and towels, not a big deal, but just a thought! An addition of a full length mirror would be great! And washer/dryer would be amazing!!
