my disappointment regarding the cleanliness of the unit

Dear Midhills at Genting, unit no T3-02-3A I would like to express my disappointment regarding the cleanliness and hygiene standards during my stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room was very poor, which made my stay uncomfortable. In particular, the towels provided had a noticeable body odour and did not appear to be properly cleaned or fresh. This is especially concerning as towels are expected to meet basic hygiene standards. In addition, there was no dustbin provided in the toilet, which was inconvenient and not acceptable for a hotel of this standard. The TV channels also was not working which make no entertainment in the room I kindly request that the management take these issues seriously and take immediate action to improve the cleanliness, hygiene, and basic facilities provided to guests. I hope appropriate measures will be taken to ensure that other guests do not experience the same problems.
