    The property was clean and cozy. The beds and pillows were very soft. The rooms were large for the age of home. The added window units helped keep the room cool.

    The grass needed to be mowed. The Internet did not work. The owner asked us to take the trash to the curb and bring it back in via text on the day it needed to be done. Not a huge deal but we were traveling for work and had been installing new doors all day and were already exhausted.

    Well-appointed and comfortable. Close to everything new and old.

    The home was comfortable, with plenty of room for our family of four to lounge together in the den or retreat to our rooms. The house was well-appointed with everything you could need. It was especially clean. It has some little touches that reminded us of our first home that was built in the 40s or 50s, like a little shelf in the hall for the household phone! It was no trouble leaving the neighborhood area and finding ourselves right downtown or on the bustling Broadway for shopping and dining.

    The location is safe; adjacent to a sprawling hospital campus, but the exterior is not eye-catching. We didn’t let that put us off, and I’m so glad. My 16 & 24 kids LOVED the place (their quarters and overall comfort).
