A spacious, clean apartment with thoughtful and reliable service

We had a wonderful family stay. The apartment was spacious and clean, and the location was very convenient. We also really appreciated that the extra pillows and blankets we had requested were ready for us. Communication with the staff via WhatsApp was smooth and easy throughout our stay. They even contacted us about something we had left behind. Their thoughtful and reliable service gave us real peace of mind. Thank you for taking such good care of us!

One small suggestion: as we were travelling as a family, we needed an additional key card. There was already a spare card in the apartment, but we only learned about it after asking. Mentioning this in the check-in instructions would have made an excellent stay even better.

The size of the apartment was good for a family of 4 adults and 2 children. The host also provided kid friendly items such as a high chair, a stool etc. The water dispenser was also wonderful for families with babies who still drink formula milk. The entire facility is well protected, with great security.

Nothing in particular about the unit. While many had mentioned the wonderful location, it actually isn't very near to the mall at Mid Valley Southkey. You will need a car to get around, and not advisable to walk with young children.
