Excellent guest house on the outskirts of the fabulous city of York

Great little guest house, well presented comfortable room, with a good breakfast. Very friendly staff. Well located for transport links into York and major road networks.

    Best breakfast ever

Emilia and Greg are exceptionally nice and helpful and they make the best cooked breakfast ever! I especially recommend the poached eggs, they are delicious! Also the location is super near the city centre, either on foot or with the bus that's almost directly in front of the door.
