和車站有點距離，需要跟酒店預先安排車接送，房間大也清潔，早晚餐也好吃，溫泉有室外內的，附近是山區，有一個公園，可惜沒花看，紅葉季節來應該很美

言過其實的酒店
住了三天兩夜，感覺是言過其實的酒店，按他們的收費及地點，各方面也應該要提高水平。例子如下： 1）入住check in 的時間只有一位前台人員，但是很多客人也是大約同一時間來check in, 所以要求客人排隊等，而且座位又不夠，於是所有等候的人只能好像是去政府部門辦事時等窗口一樣。 2）前台太暗而且音樂聲量太大，前台同事對客人的話每次也要重覆多次，令等候時間更長 3）仍在前台處理check in 中，忽然行李被工作人員什麼也沒有說就拿走了，而我們還沒有房號，有點不知所措⋯⋯ （可能因為語言原因，他們的前台及服務人員也不會英語） 4）check in 手續仍在進行中又忽然被＂邀請＂到大樓的另一邊去飲welcome drink. 但是護照仍在工作人員手上，又沒有任何交代… 5) 全酒店也沒有電梯，要自提行李行樓梯，而且樓梯每一級也距離很高，長者來會很大問題 6) 房間內的拖鞋（室內拖鞋及厠所拖鞋）是布料或編織料，是千人用過而明顯是沒有消毒的，有點可怕；床單也是有顏色的跡的，房間內的洗手盤去水很慢，有點塞（還好，沒什麼臭味） 7) 房間內並沒有提供護髮素，而且洗頭水的品質也很差，來日本旅遊很多年了，還是第一次要自已去買洗頭水護髮素回酒店用食物的質素還不錯，但是明顯工作人員不足夠。同一位工作人員要同時服務幾張枱，看著她們不停走來走去，20多度的室內也見她們做到流晒汗水，替她們辛苦
