Very good stay to explore Coimbra with parking spot
Extremely good located appartment if you want to explore Coimbra. There is a garage included and it is relatively quite, both big bonuses in this location. The owner gave us very good instructions how to get into the garage and into the apartment, and was also very helpful when we had issues with the warm water.
The appartment had its best days quite a while ago and could use a modernization. As mentioned in some reviews before, we also had problems with the gas boiler that were solved with the help of the owner - still, on the long run, this should be solved instead of leaving it to the guests to call for help.

Good location just off the main area. The bathroom is nice, and the kitchen with the washing machine is great.
Pillows need replacing , lounge suite is just nearly falling apart and is so uncomfortable. No air conditioning 😞

Nos gustó mucho la organización de la casa, el garaje con acceso a la vivienda y sus servicios
No bajaba una persiana del salón y no iba la cerradura del salon. En el futuro deberían pensar poner aire acondicionado en el salón y dormitorio para mejorar la vivienda porque cada vez hace más calor y en verano va a ser necesario cada vez mas

La ubicación, estaba cerca del centro. Que tiene parking.
No había ropa de cama, solo tenía la cama grande, pero para los niños que duermen en el sofá cama no había, buscamos y solo encontramos colchas y alguna mantita, alguna no estaba limpia y no olían a lavadas. Las almohadas que tienen también estaban algunas sucias. La ducha no sé sujeta bien. El secador funciona y se para. Pusimos lavadora y no teníamos tendedero, solo uno exterior que da a un patio ruinoso y nos llovió por la noche no se pudo secar.
