    Amazing

    The apartment is fantastic in terms of its amenities, comfort, and location. The large terrace offers a beautiful view of the ocean and the Maspalomas dunes. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering. The bedroom and bed were very comfortable, with beautifully scented bed linen. The apartment was spotlessly clean. It is located in a quiet area on a hill, with parking spaces available on the street if you have a rental car. The lovely owner lived above us, so she was always available if we needed anything. We highly recommend this place on Gran Canaria.

    Entspannter Aufenthalt in einer sehr schönen Wohnung in Halbhöhenlage von San Augustin

    Die Wohnung hat wirklich alles was man braucht, ist sehr komfortabel und in der Realität noch deutlich besser als auf den Bildern. Es handelt sich um eine Einliegerwohnung am Rande von San Augustin in Halbhöhenlage, zu Fuß benötigt man zum Strand ca. 10 Minuten den Berg hinunter auf einem Treppenweg. Ich fand diesen Strandabschnitt sowie den Piratenstrand ein Stück weiter am schönsten, weil es sehr sauber und ruhig war. Wenn man mehr Trubel möchte kann man problemlos mit dem Bus überall hinfahren. Gut ist auch, dass man mit dem Auto relativ schnell auf der Autobahn ist um Ausflüge zu machen. Die Wohnung ist trotz relativ kleiner Fenster sehr hell und hat eine Mega-Terrasse mit einem Rundumblick bis nach Maspalomas. Es stehen Liegen, Badetücher und Sonnenschirm zur Verfügung. Küche ist komplett und Raum mit Waschmaschine gibt es auch. Ich fand das Bett sehr bequem mit guten Kissen, Bettdecke und schöner Bettwäsche die herrlich frisch geduftet hat. Alles war sehr sauber. Die Wohnung war sehr ruhig, ich konnte wunderbar schlafen und mich entspannen. Das Problem mit dem Hundegebell, das in früheren Bewertungen angesprochen wurde, wurde m.E. durch die Eigentümerin komplett behoben. Es bellt zwar tagsüber ganz gelegentlich mal ein Hund aber es ist absolut nicht störend und nachts habe ich gar nichts mehr gehört. Ich komme jederzeit gerne wieder.

    Für mich hat alles ganz wunderbar gepasst.
