I highly recommend this apartment. It's nice and spacious and a really nice location.
The management of the property was very responsive via WhatsApp and sent us our instructions to obtain the keys and made the process smooth. All went very well and we were pleased with the apartment. It's spacious, had all amenities, the rooms were comfortable and the location is perfect.

Die Lage war recht laut (zumindest bei dem einen Schlafzimmer, das nach vorne zu einer belebten Straße gelegen ist). Die Wohnung ist schön geräumig und gut eingerichtet. Die Kapsel-Kaffeemaschine hat uns nicht so gut gefallen, einen typischen italienischen Espressokocher gab es leider nicht. Der Mailkontakt zu dem Manager der Wohnung war sehr freundlich, zügig und entgegen kommend.
Immer mehr Vermieter gehen leider dazu über, den persönlichen Kontakt zu den Gästen zu vermeiden – so auch hier. Ich finde das sehr bedauerlich, denn es ist doch viel schöner, wenn man von einem Menschen empfangen und willkommen geheißen wird. Aber der Mailkontakt war wenigstens freundlich und zügig, sodass alle Belange des Self-Check-in geregelt werden konnten. Es ging sogar ohne WhatsApp! Eine Katastrophe war die Suche nach dem Schlüssel-Safe!! der hängt draußen vor dem Haus an einem Fahrradständer unten auf dem Boden zwischen Gras und Unkraut und war kaum zu sehen. Zum Glück wusste der Concierge des Hauses, wo er liegt und zeigte ihn uns! Wir fragten uns, warum der Wohnungsschlüssel nicht beim Concierge hinterlegt werden kann ...
