    Location not very far from a tram stop, also not very far to Milano Centrale station (on foot). There is a 24/7 kebab/pizza bar just next to the address, also a market (Carrefour Express) 5 minutes away on the same street, as well as a great small restaturant San Mina (closer to Viale Lunigiana). Everything was as it stated in the offer, the contact was great, no problems at all.

    The stairs were a bit of a challenge;)

    Great location, away from the noise but still very well-connected.

    Very responsive host. Great location and, at this time of the year (early October) very good value. The apartment itself is really nice. It's on two floors. One thing that was a bit unexpected was the quite steep and narrow winding staircase from the main floor to the second bedroom upstairs.

    An (ultimately minor) inconvenience (not the host's fault) was the about 20 messages on booking.com because this runs through Holidu, and so there are so many double (sometimes seemingly AI-generated) messages about check-in procedure etc. etc. Overall, the booking experience can be made about 80% more efficient.

    No tuvimos servicios muy importantes en la instancia: 1. No se tuvo gas lo cuál nos dejo con el mercado comprado al no poder cocinar ni preparar para llevar. 2. No tuvimos agua caliente al faltar el gas 3. No tuvimos servicio de wifi durante toda nuestra instancia. Si bien tratamos de hablar con los host nos dijeron que habláramos con booking. Muy mala experiencia, estamos solicitando la devolución de nuestro dinero.

    I do not recommend this apartment.

    Photos of this apartment are taken very long time ago. Unfortunately, we only realized this when we arrived at the accommodation. Dirty, run down and a lot of things are broken.
