Location was good, a nice residential area of rome, close to the metro station. Staff were easyto contact and responded quickly to any .

There is one big problem, the flat is very close to the building door, especially the bedroom. Everytime the door closes, which is very often as it’s a large building block with several flats, it makes a loud bang enough to wake anybody up from sleep. Also the apartment is on a busy main road, from about 6 am there is all kind of noise, but the main problem is the loud bang caused by the building door.
