Perfect place for me. It is very clean cottage and has everything you need. The owner is very welcoming. A picturesque, paved walking path starts right outside the house, so I was able to go for walks there with my child in a stroller. I definitely recommend it and will certainly come back.

Soooo fabulous. The owner was really great and accommodating. The location was fab near corwen and Bala and only 1 hour drive for snowdon. The house was so cosy and comfortable. Beds so comfortable! Lots of cooking utensils and a coffee machine with pods provided. Super duper clean. Gorgeous outdoor garden. Would defo recommend this place :)

We had an amazing 3-day stay at Milkwood Cottage and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed and looked after. Nick was absolutely fantastic. He personally welcomed us, made sure everything was okay before we settled in, and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. He even arranged a badminton net for the children, which they absolutely loved! It was such a thoughtful touch and really showed how much he cares about his guests. Nick’s dad was also absolutely lovely and welcoming. Both of them made us feel completely at home and were so friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The cottage itself was a lovely place to stay, and the location was perfect for us. There are so many attractions and beautiful places to visit within driving distance, so it was a great base for exploring Wales while still having somewhere peaceful and comfortable to come back to. Most importantly, the children were so happy and thoroughly enjoyed themselves, which made the whole trip even more special for us. We genuinely couldn’t fault our stay. The cottage, the location, and especially the hospitality made it a memorable little getaway for our family. Thank you so much to Nick and his dad for making us feel so welcome — we would absolutely love to come back! ❤️ Highly recommended to anyone looking for a lovely, family-friendly place to stay with truly wonderful hosts.
