    Excellent. Would stay again.

    The igloo felt very comfortable and clean. It included all amenities which was perfect. The outdoor patio was great as well

    Total disappointment/bad management

    The property itself seems to be nice.

    Check in was 3:00 pm. Arrived at 5:15. Property hadn't been cleaned from previous occupants. Dirty sheets/blankets, towels, hair and pubic all over bathroom and shower, kitchen table dirt. Nothing was inviting. The manager seems nonchalant about the situation when I contacted her. Said she would call me back and just sent a text back saying cleaner on their way with no eta. I called her back and was not happy. When the check in is at 3:00pm, I dont want cleaners to show up after we checked in. Especially if you have to check out by 10:00 am the next day. She proceeded to explain how she had a bad day and that she will have to fire her cleaners. Not MY problem. We decided to leave and find another place to stay for the night. Manager confirmed that she will refund the price for the night which I initiated a request with Booking. I believe the property itself has potential with a new manager and cleaners.
