    Lovely area and helpful staff,but could have been cleaner.

    The coffee machine tray not emptied of coffee, the windowsills and the kitchen blind dirty , inside the kitchen drawer had spots of grease and oven gloves dirty

    Relaxing stay in a fantastic location.

    Well appointed accommodation, providing all that we needed to enjoy the wonderful forest environment.

    Great location for peace and quiet and seeing the new Forest ponies, horses and donkeys.

    Beautiful location overlooking the meadow, very peaceful.

    You will need a car to get to the nearest village, Lynhurst.
