    Crap

    gap at bottom of door when closed, Shower room had no blind place smelt so much we had to buy air freshner's chairs were so unconfutable

    Infested with insects and wasps - stay away

    Okay location for a short family staycation

    We went as a large group. One caravan had a wasp infestation all over and the bathroom especially was swimming in them, it was extremely frightening. We were told to not open our windows nor could we use the decking rest of the holiday as the nest was outside. Another had insect infestation in one of the rooms including bedding and towels, and progressively got worse every day and we couldn’t use the room. We were not provided any alternative accommodation nor any compensation despite members of our group having to stay in another caravan. This caused overcrowding and an uncomfortable stay and impacted the whole group and our plans.

    An okay stay, good for kids

    Cleanliness of the home and grounds, lovely landscaping, soft play for the children, restaurant and reception decor was lovely, lots on for the kids, nice nature reserve to bird watch next to the site

    Broken boiler, was fixed the next day but a cold night, poor quality food in the restaurant, annoying you had to pre book slots for the pool, pool was cold, youths banging on our caravan at 1am, staff at check in should have told me how to work the thermostat and the 24hr security phone number, location not walkable to a beach
