The apartment was spotless, best nights sleep with fantastic communication from staff. Ir was close to all amenities.

there was noise from the main road from 6 am. Couldn't get the plug in the bath.

Location excellent. Good that we had a parking space.

We knew that one of the toilets wasn't working but it took 4 days for it to be rectified. QR codes didn't work for either the wifi or apartment information. Lounge window wouldn't shut and we reported it but nothing done. We bought some oil for the creaking bathroom door. Only basic utensils provided in the kitchen. In our opinion the apartment needs some tlc. Ensuite bathroom still had the previous occupants soap in the shower. Both bedrooms had sliding wardrobe doors which were faulty.
