    Cute cottage however highly priced. Better communication required with your guests.

    The cottage is cute with a vibrant exterior color. The house had enough space to accommodate our family of six.

    I didn’t like that the house was dusty, there was dust on the vents bathroom above the shower and on the lamps over the beds. There was animal hair under the bed. There were no curtains in the bedroom with the bunk bed. The pictures online of the property are deceptive because there was no patio furniture in the back for guests to sit outside. The Internet didn’t work, my grandchildren were getting bored because of the TV, the Internet finally started to work, there was a message stating that there was weak signal so spectrum might not work as well out there. Also the owner didn’t email instructions for the home’s usage I had to message him and call him. This was my first Airbnb stay so it would be nice if the owner called it even emailed me to let me know what to do. Overall we worked it out and still managed to enjoy our stay in Leland/Wilmington area.

    There were no windows coverings that neighbors couldnt see through. There was no broom or mop
