    מלון מושקע ונקי. אכלנו במסעדה שלו ארוחת ערב (בתשלום) שהייתה טעימה ונעימה מאוד! רחצנו בבריכה החמימה והנהדרת, עשינו אימון בחדר הכושר. מלון ממש על שפת האגם!

    A very nice location. It was a relaxing room.

    The bed was amazing and everything else was adequate but it was a cheaper room with no deck

    I would have liked the pool to be warmer, that was disappointing and no seating around the edge for relaxing. Also there is an area on the lakefront which could have sand trucked in for sitting on the beach. Also the bathroom door would not close as it was ill fitting. Our room was 820.

    A lovely stay in a great location with beautiful lake views, and we’d happily return!

    We stayed for one night at the Millennium Hotel Taupō and really enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, with a lovely view of the lake from our balcony. Overall, a great place to stay and we would happily stay again!

    While we were having dinner, the fire alarm went off, and unfortunately, none of the hotel staff on site seemed to know what to do. No one instructed guests to evacuate or head to the designated assembly point, which was quite concerning. Some additional staff training on emergency procedures would definitely be worthwhile, as I would hate to think what might happen if there was an actual fire.
