  I would not recommend this hotel, and I would not stay here again.

  Very Disappointing Experience – Not Recommended My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The bed was uncomfortable, and the room was not clean to an acceptable standard. When I requested extra pillows and blankets, I was told they were unavailable, showing a lack of consideration for guest comfort. The room was also missing basic amenities, including a dental kit. Disposable slippers were not provided either; I had to request them and wait a long time to receive them. The staff were uncooperative and unfriendly when I asked about early check-in and late check-out. What made the situation even more frustrating was that I agreed to pay the additional charge for a late check-out, but the hotel later changed its mind about allowing me the extra time. This was unprofessional and extremely disappointing, especially after I had already agreed to the fee. The most concerning incident was when housekeeping opened my room door while I was sleeping, despite having placed the “Do Not Disturb / Privacy” sign on the door. This was a serious breach of privacy and made me feel uncomfortable during my stay. Overall, the hotel fell far below my expectations in terms of cleanliness, comfort, basic amenities, customer service, and respect for guest privacy. The lack of hospitality, inconsistency in service, and unwillingness to accommodate reasonable requests made this a very unpleasant experience.
