Very convenient location; good level of service and general upkeep of the property with responsive front desk.
Location is ideal for metro and Ginza access; well maintained property; responsive front desk.
Bed mattress was worn/ uneven; decor is basic; had to pay for late check-out (2 hours max).

Great location and comfortable convenient room.
Room was perfect for 2 friends for several days. Nice to have a separate toilet room (our fav Japanese toilet) and shower room. Location was perfect very close to major train stations, food and shopping without feeling too crowded. They held our bags while we took a few days away and arranged for other bags to meet at our Kyoto hotel.
Would have skipped breakfast in the restaurant and just found our own.

Great 1st time experience.
Location is superb with great accessibility to all dining and shopping as well as public transport. Staff were very helpful and professional. Adapter provided by hotel (without us asking) in room drawer was really appreciated.
The queen size bed was rather small/narrow for 2 persons. And there were constant sounds in different parts of the room such as the electrical appliances eg fridge and wall etc. Not sure where the sounds were coming from exactly but can be rather disturbing for someone trying to get some good rest.

Good, not great
Not much, only the location was good, my room was on 3rd floor, and near the elevator. other than that, not really better than my other experiences during my stay in Japan. I dont really recommend this based on the price I paid, its very expensive for what they offer.
The smell of food in the lobby was horrible, the value for money, it was too expensive, we had another booking before this in a different hotel that cost 30% less and had vastly greater experience, Room orientation is not the best, TV on the side is not great honestly.. but really, the lobby smell was very very bad, in the morning, afternoon evening, the lobby really smells bad (probably because of the restaurant in the lower floor).

This is my 3rd time at the hotel and I will definitely come back again
the location is great, the staff very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the room, nothing fancy but had everything I needed and was very clean.
I would have liked perhaps a room service option for when I was too tired to go out to eat.
