Didn’t measure up to my standards
The bears and the amount of personal space in the home.
Areas of the floor structure are weak and sloping. One in the kitchen near the sink and the other in the master bedroom. The exterior has a lot of weather damage, the ceiling seemline is coming apart. Several interior doors have damage on the bottom, the master door doesn’t shut correctly. There was a thick layer of dust on the interior trim and the exterior had a buildup of cobwebs and debris. Also didn’t care for the noise coming from Ober Gatlinburg down below. The view isn’t the greatest and the fact you have to pass the house and turn around in someone’s driveway to back into the unlit driveway was nerve wracking especially at night by with no driveway markings. The bed was uncomfortable as well. After a couple of nights I found somewhere else to go and left early. I didn’t call or complain, I just left.

Loved the view and loved the fact of the amenities didn't have to buy nothing but food to cook had everything we needed. The deck was fabulous. Was close to downtown and pigeon forge
I didn't like the driveway however we made it work the bears was amazing until they figured out how to get into my car however they didn't damage it just a couple of paw prints and a scratch on my back bumper. Had my keys laying on the table so when they pushed the button on the handle they were able to open my door, one bear was on top of my car. However they are not aggressive and had another one at the door wanting to eat breakfast with us.
