Perfect Tuscan Stay! Great Host Mina
The Host Mina is one of the best! and the property is beyond perfect, calm tuscan vibes , clean rooms and environment. we stayed here 3 years ago and we came back and we will be back for sure. Parking available and its free , fridge is full of fresh groceries and food , complementary tuscan wine upon arrival and plenty of snacks/food … plenty of pillows to choose from , towels are clean. Laundy available inside the apartment.

주인께서 매우 친절하셨고, 빵을 비롯해 많은 음식이 무료로 제공되어 풍성하게 식사를 할 수 있었습니다.
숙소 객실이 3층인데 조금 좁은 계단을 이용해야 하는 점은 조금 아쉬웠습니다.

Home away from home
The Appartment is a home dork home with lots of homely furniture. Mina left lots of extras in the fridge and cupboard ie some pasta and tinned tomatoes/ some packaged croissants and jams etc. We brought our own foods so didn’t use any but it was lovely as an option. There was also lots of soaps / shampoos etc available. Mina was lovely and advised us re parking to go to Florence ( Guidoni T 2 parking is 18 min drive from Mina’s and the T2 metro goes straight from there to historic centre/ atelier d accademia ( San marco University stop - last stop) so location convenient for Florence sight seeing The apartment
NB Mina charges for airco or heating 10euros per night extra on top of booked price NB appartement is on first and second floor of the building with mina Livingston the ground floor appartement. The patio is in front on Mina’s large windows and her lovely but very yappie dogs bark constantly if people are there/ moving about so it’s not really usable for guests. NB the description states double room, twin room and sofabed in kitchen diner but Mina doesn’t like anyone using this so she made a small fold out bed in the twin room- small and uncomfortable so not suitable for adult.
