    Lille cisterne, der larmede meget. Stort set intet vandtryk om natten.og derfor ikke muligt at tage bad

    Great location, bad apartment

    Location was great, wifi speed was awesome,

    Very old and not well managed property, kitchen exhaust fan didn’t work, toilet had a very noisy fan, water leaking out of shower enclosure - no way to clean the toilet floor, overall no recommended.

    нет горячей воды, совсем нет

    Внутри было чисто, от вокзала 5 минут пешком, на этом плюсы заканчиваются

    Я не понимаю, как люди ставят 10 баллов этому объекту? Начнем с расположения: на улице у подъезда может спать бомж, их тут полно. Дверь квартиры очень тонкая, а находится прямо напротив лифта , железная дверь которого хлопает так, что вы точно проснетесь в любое время, все разговоры входящих и выходящих из лифта вы тоже услышите! В одной из спален нет окна! Точнее, оно есть, но оно в соседнюю комнату... Вид из окна на ужасный двор и такой же соседний балкон. Все это можно бы было пережить или закрыть глаза, НО в квартире огромная проблема с горячей водой! Ее просто нет! Точнее, она есть, но только первые две минуты. Причем хозяйка об этом знает прекрасно, при заезде она прислала инструкцию по перезагрузке помпы, которая находится в железном шкафу на балконе... Нас было четверо, нормально помыться (то есть дольше двух минут) из нас не смог никто ни разу! Мы дежурили у помпы, переключали по-разному воду, но все равно через две-три минуты она становилась ледяной... Видимо, стоит бойлер, который не работает совсем. Хозяйка квартиры на жалобы писала отписки и отказалась звать сантехника, пришлось мыться на скорость
