    Phone operators distroyed the meaning of renting the house for 8hours. They only gave me 4 or even 3 hours. I wanted a v

    Everything was perfect

    I contacted the team clarifying that I need an earl checkin, as I had no place to stay in gouna and I booked for one night even though my flight was scheduled at 10 pm and I have to leave the house after few hours of checking in.. and that I’m only checking-in my belongings and I have a lot of business errands to do in my last day in gouna, they rejected my early check in even though the house was empty as they informed me. But their thing was it wasn’t clean. I waited till 3pm.. they never sent the building number and I had to wait for another 40 mins. Until someone from their gouna team showed up to guide me to the house. Also he said that the house was clean in the morning when I requested the early checkin and the phone agents didn’t even inform him with my request. So I ended up paying $100+ to only use the house for few hours and I had to cut my business errands do more than an hour just to checkin. If I knew that I wouldn’t have booked it from the beginning The location the house everything about it was good. But the phone agents for the renting company were a disaster.

    Big , comfortable, 2 toilets, 1 sleeping room , big 2 balcony, great living room. Facing peaceful yard, no noise. 1 minute walk from everything. Perfect
