  Convenient location and well equiped apartment. Attention to detail needed.

  Location was great, we stay in Piraeus regularly to visit family and this has been the best location. We loved the view, great restaurants and bars just outside the door. We found the kitchen well equipped and there was plenty of seating both in and outside. Linens were good quality.

  The second bedroom was very small and my mother found it quite claustrophobic, also just a wonky shelf to put her things on, not even a hook to hang her clothes. The toilet seat was loose and moved and no way to secure it. The egg chair, which is featured in the write up for the apartment had torn and stained cushions on it. While bed linens were good quality there was only a sheet and pillowcase for the sofa bed- no duvet cover. Finally the high end toiletries were lacking - a half used bottle of Palmolive liquid soap in the bathroom and a container with a worn sticker with the word ‘hair’ written on it for shampoo. The paint on the Wardrobe doors in main bedroom was scratched.

  Dit is de perfecte accommodatie als je Athene en omgeving wilt verkennen.

  Het uitzicht op de haven is geweldig. De locatie is echt super, restaurantjes om de hoek en Athene is heel goed bereikbaar met het OV (metrostation op loopafstand). De eigenaar/beheerder was heel vriendelijk.

  Alles was goed, maar als we dan toch iets moeten noemen, dan was het onhandig dat er geen ovenwanten/pannenlappen en keukenhanddoek/theedoek waren.

  Nothing.

  This listing was misleading and inaccurate; it omitted vital information and management did not address our concerns and instead acted without any compassion or actual understanding of our complaints. Unfortunately, our experience with this apartment was very different from what we expected based on the listing. The photographs presented the apartment in a much more polished condition than what we found upon arrival. In reality, there were numerous scuffs and marks on the walls, damaged/loose door handles, and other signs of wear that were not apparent from the listing. The master bedroom window also faced directly onto an outside wall/fire-escape area, which was certainly not the impression we had from the listing. Another major issue was the hot water. We discovered only after arrival that we needed to activate the system and wait approximately 30 minutes for hot water. This important information was not disclosed before we made a non-refundable reservation. When we raised the issue, the property responded that this may be normal in Greece and surprising to international visitors. We had already been traveling elsewhere in Greece and had not encountered this problem, but more importantly, whether the system is common locally was never the point: guests should be informed of a significant limitation like this before booking. We also contacted the property about the condition of the apartment. Their response was that they would have been happy to send cleaning staff to address some of the issues. Again, this missed the substance of our complaint. Our concern was not simply that something needed to be cleaned after arrival, but that the actual condition of the accommodation had not been accurately represented beforehand. The area was also very noisy and graffiti was extremely pervasive. Until the property managers accurately describe their listing and treat their guests with compassion and understanding, do not stay here.

  Almost perfect.

  Everything was fine, the flat is well equipped and decorated, has an awesome view and large balcony as you can see in the pictures. It has 2 large screen smart TVs, coffee machines and pods, other kitchen facilities, washing machine etc. This was the best B&B flat I've ever stayed. Well done.

  Internet connection is the only thing that was not good. Wifi dropped too often and speeds was like dial-up days. So if you need a fast or stable internet connection during your stay, this flat may not be the best one. Otherwise, it's awesome.
