    Great location, clean and comfortable apartment

    Fantastic location, great communication about check-in, well equipped, very clean and well decorated.

    We weren’t sure how to turn on the heating boost so it was a little bit chilly in the evening/morning as the weather turned cold while we were there - but we didn’t enquire about it or try very hard so it could have been our issue!

    Lovely property in great location.

    Location was great. Had an issue on arrival which was sorted promptly. Lovely bathroom.

    Could do with more mugs and cups.

    Great location. Clean and good quality bedding and towels.

    Smell in bathroom, no extractor fan in use. No tea towel to dry dishes. Sofa bed uncomfortable and one pillow in particular should have been binned! Outer gate was not consistent on opening, very dark at night, would suggest a sensor light.
