Terrible experience – misleading listing, noise, no comfort, and poor service.

We booked and paid for a room for 4 people, but it was only suitable for 2. There were no real beds, only old sofas and a broken camp bed. In the morning at 8:00 AM, we were woken up by loud construction noise – someone using a jackhammer right next to our room. The promised “view” didn’t exist, and there was no parking even though it was advertised. Although bedsheets were provided, we had to put them on ourselves – very unprofessional for a hotel. Nothing matched the description on Booking. Totally misleading and disappointing.
