Great location and mint condition. However, communication needs some improvement. Although I competed the online check-in two days ahead, I did not receive the access instruction through email on the day of arrival and had to call to request the code.

Units are roomy and clean. Location is very accessible walking to everything downtown.

Nice and simple. The support team was great and responded quickly to an issue with the plumbing. More geared to a business trip, not really for those who want to cook. Very basic. Not a VRBO.

    A great find!

A whole apartment for less than a hotel room in the same general area! Fantastic location. I was a bit apprehensive with check-in procedure, but communication was great and provided easy to follow instructions. I’d recommend Mint House for anyone visiting Greenville.
