This was our first family vacation together, so we were really excited for our stay. Unfortunately, our first impression wasn't the best because the cleanliness fell short of our expectations. We found hair on the bed sheets, the floors were dusty, and the shower curtain in the primary bathroom was soiled. The sheets and towels also looked a bit worn and weren't as fresh as we would have liked, so we washed them before using them. Once we got settled in, though, we were able to enjoy the property. The home itself is beautifully decorated, and having a washer and dryer made a huge difference for our family. After long days at Disney, the hot tub was the perfect way to relax, and we also appreciated having access to the gym. The location was convenient, about 35 minutes from Disney with light traffic, though it's worth planning for closer to 45 minutes since the area gets pretty congested. Overall, we enjoyed the home and its amenities.
I do think the cleaning standards need improvement. With a more thorough cleaning between guests, this would be an even better place to stay.

Location was good
As I scrolled through my bank statement I found out I have been charged twice for this week by Booking.com trying to get my money back but no response so far. The property was not clean, example nail clippings left on the balcony

Muy grande y cómoda con todo lo necesario para pasar unas vacaciones
Estaría bueno que pongan alfombras antideslizantes en las duchas de los baños ya que tampoco tiene para agarrarse si uno está inestable El resto todo perfecto
