    Wrong expectations - poorly maintained

    1. Parking is a plus. 2. Location close to the highway. The pictures show a coffee machine and a bit different arrangement of the furniture. The walls and mirror at the entrance are heavily scratched and damaged, or dirty.

    This apartment used to be perfect, somewhere in the past. Meanwhile, something happened when it comes to it's management and how it greets the guests. 1. 19 Celsius upon arrival with windows open. As we arrived late after 23, it was really hard to heat up the place. 2. The floors were not clean, no vacuum, no broom, no mop, nothing. Filthy is the word to describe what we stepped on. 3. There is an awkward smell in the bathroom and bedroom. The pillow was uncomfortable. In the bathroom there is hair everywhere in the drawers with the toilet and that is truly disturbing. 4. Heavy noise from traffic due to poor build and surface of the windows in the apartment. For other this might be an 8, however based on the expectations this is hardly a 3.
