  Value for money

  Value for money. Located close enough to Higashi-Shinjuku station. Room was clean and comfortable. Excellent Wagyu restaurant right next door.

  Surrounded by nightclubs. We could hear revellers through the night, harmless enough though.

  Objekt je na dobroj lokaciji blizu stanice i ostalih sadržaja shinjukua. Osoblje je bilo ljubazno i docekalo nas je čak i nakon dužeg kašnjenja. Sve je bilo kao i na slikama.

  Prostor je možda malo manji nego što ljudi misle, iako se to vidi i na slikama.

  Great location, really poor apartment. If it wasn't for the location, it would be 2/5.

  Location was good and walkable to main station and other nice areas around. Away from the main tourist street so it was a lot more quiet. Also good amenities around.

  Cleanliness was really bad. The bathroom still has beard trimmings around the sink, the cupboards were extremely dusty and the kitchen utensils had not been cleaned and had someone's previous food on it that had dried up. The whole room was very dusty and I don't think it was checked before hand before handing the keys to the next guest, it really put me off but I was only there for 4 days so just dealt with it. The best mattress was also very uncomfortable. Also no bidet, not the end of the world but I've been cheaper apartments that come with one.
