    كل شيء كان ممتاز من النظافة والنشاطات والطعام والمرافق ولا غلطة تجربة رائعة بالتاكيد ساعيدها الموظفين كانوا محترمين ومتعاونين جداً واخص بالذكر السيدة كاترينا في الاستقبال كانت جداً محترمة ومتعاونة وقدمت لنا كافة التسهيلات شكراً لكم على كل شيء ❤️❤️❤️

    Csodás tengerre néző szobát kaptunk hatalmas terasszal ami minden képzeletet felülmúlt. A kilátás egyszerűen mesés volt. Az ételek finomak és választékosak voltak, ami sok all inclusive szállodára nem minden esetben igaz. A szemèlyzet kedves és segítőkész volt, az esti programok jók voltak. A napközbeni programokat is jól csinálja a hotel személyzetet, mégha azokban mi nem is vettünk részt, de többet végignéztünk. A lényeg, hogy sikeresen igyekeznek lekötni a vendégek figyelmét. A lobby hangulatos hely volt, jó, intenzív illatosítót használtak, amit otthonra is szeretne az ember, többször olvastunk, időztünk ott.

    A nagy létszámú vendègsereget tömegkènt kezeli a szálloda. Nincs sok helyileg elválasztott kellő befogadókèpessègű bár, étkezde, medence. Mindenből van egy nagy és sok kicsi, így mindig sok ember van az ember körül, nehezebb nyugodtabb sarkokat találni. A főmedence vize túl hideg, s csak egy alternatív fűtött medence volt, így mi csak a tengerben illetve a zsúfoltabb fűtött medencèben voltunk.

    Amazing hotel recommend to stay here

    The hotel was really great and highly recommend staying here. Our room was in the new building and the facilities were fantastic we did get an upgrade to our room with pool access on our balcony, was incredible. The food options were fantastic, great cocktail choices and the staff were really nice. The bed was very comfortable and room very clean.

    Some of the signage for the La carte restaurants (Italian and Turkish cuisines) weren’t updated around the hotel and did take us a while to figure out.
