Please note there will be provided one big and one small towel per bathroom. Please note that the property does not offer hot water. "Pets weighing up to 12 kg are allowed, at an additional cost (Non-refundable). A maximum of 2 pets are allowed per apartment. The movement of pets within the building is subject to conditions." To enter the building, all guests must show a valid ID. Foreigners must show their passport, Colombian citizens their national ID, and foreigners residing in Colombia their foreign ID. Entry will not be permitted without this document. Additional unregistered guests are not allowed at the property. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
