    Non sono soddisfatto di quello che ho ricevuto in base a quello che ho pagato

    Bella la posizione fronte mare

    Appartamento tenuto male, sporco, scarafaggi e formiche trovate in cucina e in corridoio, avevo chiesto letto matrimoniale invece due singoli separati, senza aria condizionata e a pagamento. Prezzo fuori quota visto l’appartamento. Ho soggiornato in molti altri appartamenti in Benidorm e devo dire che è stato il peggiore.

    Perfect sea front location.

    Perfect sea front location. Clean apartment. Had everything we needed. Home from home. Only downside there's air con in the living room only.but it was locked so we had to buy a fan very disappointed as it was 38 degrees outside.

    Air con locked so unable to use. Beds very hard and uncomfortable.

    Anfitrion carroñero pero vistas espectaculares.

    Habia cola en la oficina. Tardamos 20 minutos.

    Cuando llegamos a la oficina, nos dicen que el aire acondicionado es de pago y que no lo pongamos por debajo de los 22-23 grados porque el aparato hace condensación y no tienen técnicos para venir a repararlo. Básicamente, hemos pagado por un aire acondicionado que no funciona bien. El WiFi también es de pago, lo cual me parece una aberración por el precio que se paga por el apartamento. La televisión es de hace 15 años y han tardado un dia en traer un mando. Eso sí, las instalaciones están decentes y las vistas desde el balcón son realmente maravillosas. Da rabia porque se nota que la agencia se aprovecha de la buena ubicación del apartamento para cobrarte extras por todo. Además, como la reserva es prepago y no reembolsable, si quieres cancelarla ya es tarde. Da la impresión de que intentan ocultar información en la web para que no te enteres de estos detalles hasta que ya es demasiado tarde.
