    Confirm AC is working all hours, or be ready for the warm & humid stay/experience...

    The views from the hillside locations were amazing, and the apartment was very nice and clean, other than the major inconvenience of AC not available, and internet not working (Wif-Fi password was incorrect, and then bandwidth was sketchy)

    When we contacted the host regarding the AC and received a very nonchalant response of " it is on from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, since the temperature drops and it gets cold at night. During the other hours, there is ventilation". Considering the temperatures outside exceeded 25 degrees (Celsius) during the day, it made the overnight stay very uncomfortable. The only outside doors (which had no windows) led to a shared patio, so leaving them open was neither appropriate nor safe. This was a great disappointment for a rental at this price point, and we will not revisit this property. Please confirm that AC is working all hours if you plan to rent this unit, or be ready for the warm/humid experience...

    The view. The room was spacious and included kitchen facilities.

    TV didnt work at all. Was in another language and no network connection. No one around to help at all. Asked one question via email and got a response that was both not helpful and arrived too late to be useful if it had been.

    Séjour correct

    La vue sur la baie de La Spezia. Le quartier calme.

    Le bruit de la climatisation situé à côté de la piscine qui engendrait beaucoup de nuisances y compris sur la terrasse en extérieur du studio. Je pense que les constructions voisines y profitaient aussi. Malheureusement nous n avons pas pu profiter de la piscine. Les bains de soleil à disposition des studios étaient très inconfortables. Absence d'intimité entre chaque logement sur la terrasse.
