Overall a pleasant stay but this was not the 5 star experience we were expecting.
Amazing location, thermal spa access, helpful front desk team
Expected far more from a 5 star property. Lack of attention to detail and staff in the restaurant in particular let the hotel down badly. Disorganised, lack of acknowledgment or greeting and waiter forgetting orders

Perfektní zážitek
Klidná lokalita bez přístupu aut, doprava případně “golfovými” vozíky, za mě určitě plus. Úžasné výhledy a atmosféra. Fajn personál.
Byl slyšet hluk z chodby, ale měli jsme pokoj v nejvyšším patře, tak nám tolik nevadilo (menší migrace hostů). Bazény jsou v sousedním hotelu/spa, opět nám nevadilo, je to kousek pěšky, nebo je možnost přesunu vozíkem.

La vue est magnifique, le personnel est agréable, le petit déjeuner est qualitatif
Les prestations ne sont pas à la hauteur du prix par chambre (450 euros par nuit), la salle de bain de notre chambre était veillotte, le mobilier de la chambre n'était pas ce qu'on attend d'un hôtel classé 5 étoiles. Les prestations des thermes attenantes à l'hotel sont décevantes : piscine vieillotte, mal entretenu, ils annoncent 9 bassins, nous sommes restés 10 mn
